2. Subscription Plans

March Madness Plan ($2)

• One-time payment of $2
• Access to NCAA Matchup Analyzer and related basketball tools
• Access valid through April 30, 2026

Annual Membership ($20)

• Annual payment of $20
• Access to all financial calculators, reports, and tools
• Access to all sports analytics features
• Access to all future tools and updates
• Grandfathered rate: Your $20/year rate is locked in forever - even if we raise prices in the future

3. Charitable Commitment

We pledge to donate 10% of all revenue to charitable causes.

This commitment is core to our mission. Every subscription directly supports important charitable work. We believe in transparency and will provide updates on our charitable contributions as our community grows.

4. Use of Services

Our tools and calculators are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice, and we are not financial advisors.

5. Account Security

6. Refund Policy

Given the low cost and immediate access to our tools, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the situation.

7. Grandfathered Pricing

Annual members: Your $20/year rate is locked in forever. If we raise prices in the future, your rate will never increase as long as you maintain an active subscription. This is our commitment to our founding members.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from our services. We will notify users of significant changes. Annual members will continue to have access to core calculators and tools.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Baileyfriends and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
